Make sure your wedding car can park outside your house and at the ceremony. There is nothing worse than the Bride having to make a long trek to and from her car - especially in poor weather. This is usually part of the Best Man's tasks and he may find that a few old crates come in handy. We will make a dry run before the occasion to make sure that we understand the logistics.

Please let us know about any additional things you may want. We will have wedding bands on the front and silk pink roses in the rear. Anything else, please ask. If the distances are not too great we will be happy to make an extra run or so before taking the bride. Our aim is to be helpful as possible.

With the bride on board, we will normally travel at about 30/40 mph - but no faster. We can always drive through your town or village to "sport some swank"; it is a special day. So do allow for travel at a sedate pace. A journey you can achieve in 5 minutes make take 15 minutes or so as a Bride.
The Bride usually sits on the left and the Gentleman on the right (Father). On arrival, the Chauffeur will open the door for the Gentleman and he, in turn, opens the door for the Bride. There are often photographs taken of the Bride on arrival.  Remind the Bridesmaids to await your arrival where the car is expected. They are needed to assist with the Bridal Dress. In poor weather they should help with umbrellas and holding the bridal train.

Making the Most of Your Day.......

....... and little details some forget.....

The car waits until after the ceremony. Usually there are photographs after the service (if even you say there won't be) The Bride and Groom then travel ALONE to the reception. The Bride's Gentleman will need a lift along with the Bridemaids and Best Man. Items that have to go with the new Couple to the ceremony and the reception may be left in the boot of the car which is kept locked. The Chauffeur will be with the car at all times. Bridemaids and close familly may require an additional vehicle (MPV or small coach). Their arrival and departure is not such an "event".

We need to know if you have a Toastmaster or Butler who will greet at the reception. Please feel free to ask if you have any procedural queries.
