Rates and Charges for Chauffeur driven car services with time and distance examples. These rates are given as a guide, quotations given with pleasure.

A charge of 50 pence per mile is charged where the pickup/ drop off point is more than 20 miles from Gerrards Cross (our home base) except in the case of London Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton Airports.

Typical Daily Rates

The basic charge is based on £2.40 per "passenger on board" mile plus VAT (if on a company account). People carriers charged on a "fee and a half" basis.

Charged at £20.00 per hour or pro rata. First 20 minutes included at no charge.

Parking, Congestion Charge and any tolls as may be applicable are at cost.

A charge of £20.00 is made for journeys that start or finish before 05:45 and/ or after midnight.
