If your task involves our chauffeurs being out before 06:00 or after 00:01 add an extra £20.00
For each hour - £20 per hour. Charged pro rata (That is, for, say, 1 and a half hours, charge £30.) First hour of waiting time at airports is free.
These are charged at cost. This will not usually be a substantial amount. For example, aiport parking on a pick up is usually no more than £5.00
General consideration is given to the nature of the task. A "rush hour" event at a time when roads are very busy making for a long and difficult journey will have an bit extra added on. Likewise, long distance runs may be discounted, but the chauffeurs rest breaks and board must be taken into account. At the end of the day please remember that a fine car and a chauffeur will cost more than a basic Taxi.
This will apply, at 50 pence per mile, where the start or finish of a task is more than 20 miles from our home base - in the main, this does NOT include the major Airports.
Sometimes a car is not a good idea. For example, Central London to Gatwick Airport on a "working" Friday evening at 5.00pm. We would of course, be happy to provide a car - but for comfort and ease we would suggest a train. We make this comment because, at the end of the day, one needs to be pragmatic. We do not feel that our customers best interests are served by letting them miss their flight home!
